Supervised 4-member Database Modernization team, designed and developed web applications and services to support cyber operations, nuclear deterrence, and expenditure management, modernized 50+ years’ of flight tracking data and particle collection, developed web services to log and track orbiting bodies from radars aboard naval ships, developed web page for data entry and processing, engineered a multi-organization task management application, enabling task tracking for decision makers, coordinated memo approving 1st CI pipelines for use in AFTAC DevOps lab, and created database views to track updating expenditures.

Trained 4 programmers, developed updates for standalone applications and services to support intel operations, developed XML objects to allow for more accurate modeling of intercepted signal objects, integrated updates to geo-spatial data correlation tools, developed Unix Bash script to manage data ingestion and load-balancing, and maintained legacy systems for threat detection and analysis for aerial fighter systems.

Developed security matrix reporting service for mobile application using Zimperium API; Integrated fortify SCA and Web Inspect tool kits to secure coding practices and address vulnerabilities; Introduced the use case for the risk scoring feature in RSA along with biometric authentication feature and rules for using it.
