He has over 15 years Manual Testing and 12 years with Automated Testing with the experience of leading, training and developing teams of up to 15 members. He is strongest with Rational Performance Test (IBM), JMeter, Rational Function Test (IBM) Selenium ID, web driver, HP QC, Load Runner and Cucumber testing tools. Along with software development, he has been working with Scrum & Agile methodologies for over 18 years. At EMD Growth Hacking, he was a PMO Manager and Head of QA. During his time here, Luiz was able to deliver and manage web, e-commerce, and mobile app projects and maintained Agile frameworks and high-quality products.
Luiz had the unique opportunity to be a Senior Project Manager for the development of software used for the Rio Olympics and Paralympic Games. Here he was the liaison with key stakeholders such as the International Olympic Committee, International Tennis Federation, Omega, Atos, Microsoft, Samsung, and international broadcasters.
