Responsible for the technical scope design and management, helping the other Project Managers in the International PMO. Using a traditional approach for project management, such as PMI best practices, especially for the automotive industry and its Logistics and Supply Chain areas.

• Restructuring of the Project Management Office (PMO) using my strong background of more than 20 years in automotive industry;
• Implementation of data integration workflow between ERP systems of Magneti Marelli ChangChun (China) and BMW Brilliance Automotive (China), looking for integrate and communicate the SAP systems of both companies for logistic and production workflows.
• • Participation in the largest Latin America SAP Project in activity at the time and the major Project of Sintel’s history – Acting in substitute of diversified ERP systems used by Iochpe-Maxion company in their facilities worldwide for SAP 4/HANA. The Pilot Project was developed in Contagem-MG facility, migrating their ERP SAP S3 version to the updated 4/HANA, including important satellite systems. This Project is currently in activity and is known as SAMi (SAP Americas Integration).

Responsible for all project duties, including requirements, solution design, the technical team following, and product delivery. More than 20 projects implemented in the automotive industry, including international, large, and complex projects, especially in the automotive industry and its Logistics and Supply Chain areas.
