He has been working with particular clients from Argentina and Brazil, who ask for translation in languages to master like Portuguese, English, and Spanish. (For personal experience, he started translating into Russian and Italian). Experience in the fields of Medicine, Gaming, Technology, and  Marketing/Advertising.

Began with taking technical courses to improve himself professionally, like the Manager Role course, Postman Course for Automatizing, and Selenium Webdriver. Works with colleagues from India in Kanban Methodology testing an important audit platform (performance and loading testing). Currently on another project for a US Healthcare company testing IVR for a Spanish team while mentoring others members.

As a senior tester, he worked for 3 different projects (gaming in EA Sports, accounting field in Ernst and Young, and educational field in K12). Dealt with bug reporting and follow-up, creation and execution of testcases. Reported weekly to QA Manager, creating documents/guides for new members. Worked with localization in gaming for Eng, Por, Spa, Fre, Ita, Rus and Man.

• Testing base 24 for getting the banking transactions and analyzing the errors encountered on the logs. Turn on and off the switches of Oracle and deployment of versions to be tested in traditional home banking and mobile home banking.
• Valepei – E2E app to transfer money. Started from scratch. Had 2 people to supervise during the project. Auditing was done with success (showed live to external entities).

Worked for the project “VALEpei” and learned it from scratch. Used SCRUM AGILE methodology and was the referent of this project and supervised 2 others. He used Oracle database to check the transactions, Soap UI to test REST Services, Postman to test web services, HP ALM to create test plan and test cases. Used JIRA to create and follow-up bugs. Deployment of app versions on the Oracle server, installation and maintenance of “.war” files on the same server to check its proper running functions. Basic automation using selenium webdriver correcting old scripts to run them later.

Tested an app of policies for an important bank. Also as a business analyst, he worked with Architect Enterprise which helped learn the flows that later would be passed to the QAs (and at the same time tried to have closer communication with the client to understand his/her interests).

• Banco Nación – testing of the application GLM from Seguros Nación and its following sections insurance policy, vehicle insurance policy, antifire policy, and family policy amongst others. Reporting of bugs in JIRA.
• Banelco – testing of the app Interconexion (belonging to several Argentinian Bank Institutions). Usage of BASE 24 to consult the banking system (for example consulting balance, extractions, etc). Authorization of credit and debit cards.
• Capital One – generation of use cases, usage of the tool Architect Enterprise for making diagrams, meeting with internal and external clients. Position as Functional Analyst Jr. Usage of English for this project.
• Redlink – testing of a mobile app named VALE. Usage of ORACLE database to check issues on the mobile application. Testing of web services like POSTMAN and SoapUI. Upload versions of the app on the servers of the enterprise.

Worked as a Testing Analyst in which he used the JIRA bug reporting tool. Worked with non-functional and functional projects under black-box methodologies of test and usage of MySQL queries and tools such as SoapUI to test web services. Tested CMS’s like WordPress and MAGENTO. Built internal pages for the customer with HTML. Wrote test cases with Testlink.

QA Tester providing services to several marketing and advertising clients in the United States. Performed functional testing, used JIRA for bug reporting, tested CMS’s such as WORDPRESS and MAGENTO.

Semi-senior Software Tester with Black-Box testing, functional testing for integration, and regression testing according to the client in France. Wrote test cases and use cases and the execution of the entire process in French. Used SAP GUI testing. Also created some 3D graphic software and performed engineering 3DCOM testing using CATIA, and managed virtual machines.

“SEO Manager” for Brazil´s account which concerned the realization of IT tasks such as optimization of links in search engines, location of links on certain pages for the client, in addition to the written contact with vendors and webmasters. Testing of content from universities for the Brazilian market. Used process testing and non-regression testing inside company page. Beginning of the training with Selenium IDE (only record and play) in QA process and usage of JIRA to report and generate the tickets.

Assisted customers from Latin America (using English, Portuguese and Spanish) answering their concerns and tried to solve problems related to mobile games downloaded by them on their mobile devices, in addition to carrying out testing of mobile games in many devices. Gaming testing was also performed under RPG type games in a PC or in a videogame.

Internship as a translator for this important American Oil Company.  Translations were made from English to Spanish and Portuguese.  Consisted of manuals and documents from different SAP modules (SD, FI, CO, PM, etc.) for internal usage in the company as Administrator.
